In a warehouse or a production plant, the hazards change with the shift, the volume and the staff. We work along the flow of the work: forklift and pedestrian traffic, racking, machinery, manual handling, and training that reaches the night shifts too.
Hazards
What we look at in a warehouse or plant
- Forklift and pedestrian traffic, aisles, markings, mirrors
- Racking: loads, anchoring, protection, impact damage
- Machinery: guards, emergency stops, lockout during maintenance
- Manual handling and ergonomics at packing stations
- Noise, dust, chemicals, heat stress in summer
- Shift work, fatigue and psychosocial risks, which Law 5239/2025 explicitly requires to be taken into account
Services
How we help
We act as safety technician with a visit schedule that covers all shifts, prepare the risk assessment per position and organise training for operators, warehouse staff and packing staff. On sites with more than 50 employees we also coordinate CPR training by a certified provider, as the law requires from 2026.
